For on-site trainings, seminars and workshops hosted by Elizabeth Charles & Associates, simply return any and all training materials received to a member of our on-site event staff and we will refund your tuition fee within 10 business days.
Please note that customers requesting serial or repeated refunds will be blocked from future purchases to prevent further abuse.
We will issue your refund using the same form of payment with which your original payment was made.
